A bit about me! In advance, sorry for the classic celebrant lines, like how my own great wedding inspired me 😂

I've been a celebrant for many years, with hundreds of weddings under my belt. My background in events, hospitality, and customer service helps with the chatty nature of the job.

​

How did I become a celebrant? My own wedding! I married my amazing husband Bradley, whom I met under the golden arches as a teenager. Being the first in my circle to get married sparked an inspiration in me. After attending a friend's wedding on Tamborine Mountain, I thought, "I’m going to do what she does!" Just three days later, I was enrolled to do my Cert IV in Celebrancy. It was the best decision I’ve ever made.

It’s been a ride! Despite a few downs (cough cough, Covid) and many ups, I’ve been nominated for Queensland's Best Celebrant for last 7 years, making the top 10 for quite some time, getting to #2 in 2022 before finally in 2023, it was my time to win! I've also won Gold Coast Wedding MC of the Year in 2021 and 2022!

I think my couples respond well because I genuinely care about your day. I create customised ceremonies that reflect your unique style and personalities. I find something new and exciting in every wedding. In the months leading up to your celebration and on the big day, I’ll be there to keep you calm and relaxed. While a few legalities need to be said, the rest is up to you!

It’s important to be comfortable with your celebrant, and I hope I’ve given you a little insight into who I am. Your celebrant is there with you during a significant time in your life, and I hope to be the one standing alongside you.
