Timeline appropriate with a 3pm ceremony start time, 6pm reception start time, 11pm finish time.

• 730am- Wake up, get excited and definitely have breakfast

• 8am- Begin hair and makeup

Less bridesmaids equal less prep time and a later start time

• 12pm- Make sure you have lunch

• 12pm - 230pm - Any vendors will arrive for set up if anyone else is being brought in- Eg. DJ, Celebrant, stylist etc.

• 12-1pm- Grooms Prep Photos

• 130-230pm Bridal Prep Photos- don’t forget lacing up the dress, putting on the jewellery etc.

• 230-3 Travel to venue if needed, adjust if further away.

• 230-3pm- Guests begin to arrive.

• 3pm- Invitation advised start time, all guests should have arrived at this point.

• 315pm- Allow yourself an extra 15 minutes to officially begin the ceremony, so you can either choose to be fashionably late or to allow for any unforeseen traffic or hold-ups in preparation times.

• 345-4pm - Ceremony finishes, photographer and celebrant will arrange a group photo while guests are all still together

• 4.30pm Leave for Bridal Party Photos

• 545pm Guests advised reception starting soon and ushered to seating

• 550pm Guests seated for reception

• 555pm MC introductions and housekeeping- advise beginning of the drinks package following arrival of bridal party

• 6pm Bridal Party Entry

• 610pm Official welcome to the reception- MC

• 615pm Entrée served

• 7pm Main meal served

• 8pm Cake cutting

• 810pm MC to ask for drinks/ toasting glasses filled

• 815pm Speeches

• 850pm Wedding Cake served

• 9pm First Dance

• 930pm Bouquet Toss

• 10pm Shoe Game

• 1040pm Last drinks call before styled exit set up (Eg. Sparklers, arms etc.)

• 1050pm Bride and Groom depart through styled exit

• 11pm Guests depart
